Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be made once production of your order has begun. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days.

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Venmo for online purchases.

 

How Can I Receive a Coupon?

Join our email list to receive information about new products, special deals, and discounts throughout the year. You will receive a 15% off coupon just for signing up!

 

Can My Order Be Picked Up?

Our local customers do have the option of picking up their orders (see our address below). Simply select the pick-up option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Orders may be picked up Tuesday through Saturday between 10am and 6pm.

Can I Use Symbols in My Personalization?

At this time, accents, special characters, symbols and emojis can’t be produced on our products. We can only produce letters and numbers from the standard English keyboard.

 

Are There Any Restrictions in The Text or Images That I Can Use to Personalize?

We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that we believe:

  1. Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate

  2. Contains copyrighted material used without written permission of the owner

  3. Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others

  4. Advocates illegal activity

  5. Harms anyone, including minors

  6. Provides a link to any of the above

 

Can I Personalize Items in a Different Language?

We currently produce items using the standard English keyboard.  Please note that special accent symbols or special characters can't be produced.

 

Can I Order an Item Without Personalization?

Not at this time.

 

Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?

You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details and shipping information. You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking.

 

Can I Send My Order to Someone Else as a Gift?

Yes, for a minimal charge, you can send your order as a gift. Simply select the “Giving as a Gift” option at checkout and add an optional gift note. Please make sure to provide the correct address where you would like your gift to be delivered. We will gift wrap your order with your note included, and we will remove all pricing information from the packaging. At this time, we do not offer multiple shipping destinations within one order. If you require different shipping destinations each destination will require an individual order.

 

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

We carefully package each order based on content with materials that ensure your items are delivered safely. For gift-giving options, select our “Giving as a Gift” option upon ordering.

 

Can I Have a Logo on My Items?

Yes, your business’s logo can be produced on most items. Please email us at customerservice@blackhillscreations to speak with us about a corporate order.

 

Do You Rent or Sell Any of My Information?

Absolutely not! Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

Is Your Website Secure?

Rest assured we use the most advanced security measures available today! There are several easily verifiable signs of security on our checkout page.

 

In the address bar, the "S" in https: indicates that the page is secure. You will also notice either in the lower corner or at the right of the address bar the lock icon indicating you are on a secure page.

 

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Yes, we are required by law to collect sales tax according to the policies of the delivery jurisdiction.

In certain states, we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.

 

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.  We also offer expedited shipping options. Rates and options are displayed upon checkout.

 

Can I Check the Status of My Order Online?

Yes! The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day in your account. Once you log in to your account, please click on My Orders to see your order history. Links will be provided via email to track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

 

What Delivery Service Do You Use?

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx

 

Do You Ship to International Locations?

Not at this time.

 

Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.

 

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully.

 

You are welcome to email us at customerservice@blackhillscreations.com if you have questions about personalization before placing your order. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

No refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Black Hills Creations, LLC or any of our carriers.

Trouble Uploading Your Photo?
  1. We only accept image files, such as jpg, eps, svg, pdf, tif, and gif (gif images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression).

  2. Minimum and maximum files sizes are determined by product. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.

  3. Please try to use the best-quality image possible. The recommended settings are 300 dpi or better. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.

  4. When scanning photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or more. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.

  5. After uploading your image, you may be prompted to crop the image to fit the selected product. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of submitted photos at our discretion should they be licensed, copyrighted, or deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
